  1. 1. "That, in the case of the Brompton, Chatham, Gillingham, and Rochester Water [Lords], Petition for Bill, the Standing Order ought to be dispensed with: That the parties be permitted to proceed with their Bill.
  2. 2. "That, in the case of the Imperial War Graves Endowment Fund Bill, the Standing Order ought to be dispensed with: That the Bill be permitted to proceed.
  3. 3. That, in the case of the Bank of England (Nationalisation) Bill, the Standing Orders ought not to be dispensed with."
