MITCHELL-THOMSONIn the purchases of the Post Office for the last financial year, and the engineering equipment installed for it under contract, articles or components of foreign manufacture represented one-half of one per cent. I have no information as to the percentage represented by foreign raw materials in the articles of British manufacture.
