ALEXANDERasked the Minister of Transport whether he has yet received the observations of the Ipswich Dock Commissioners on a question which he submitted to them concerning a flat rate of 1s. 6d. per ton on rail-borne coal delivered in Ipswich; and, if so, will he now state what these observations are?
