asked the Prime Minister if the Colwyn Committee has examined all the witnesses they propose to call before them in regard to naval expenditure; if it has submitted its Report on the Navy; and whether minutes of evidence or names of witnesses are submitted with the Report?

The answer to the first and second parts of the question is in the affirmative. As regards the third part, I would refer my hon. and gallant Friend to the answer which I gave to my hon. and gallant Friend the Member for Hertford (Rear-Admiral Sueter) on the 22nd February.
