§ Sir A. CHAMBERLAINI understand that the German issues of the three Chinese railway loans which were partly issued in Germany, namely, the Tientsin-Pukow Railway Loans of 1908 and 1910 and the Hukuang Railways Loan of 1911 are all in default.
