CHAMBERLAINSo far as His Majesty's Government are aware, no foreign Power has yet ratified either the Opium Agreement or the Dangerous Drugs Convention, signed at Geneva on 11th February and 19th February, 1925, respectively. The British ratifications of the Agreement and Convention were deposited with the League of Nations on the 17th ultimo.
