§ Sir H. BARNSTONThe answer to the "first part of the question is in the affirmative. It is proposed to publish Mr. Gavin's report in the next Report of the Department upon proceedings under the Small Holding (Colonies) Acts, for the three years ending 31st instant which is now in preparation, and will be presented to Parliament.
