§ Sir K. WOODThe building trade unions have agreed that the restriction in regard to the number of apprentices employed by any one builder may be removed, and that in the case of contracts for working-class cottages let by local authorities, the number of apprentices may be in the ratio of one apprentice for every three craftsmen employed on or in connection with such work.
