Mr. COVEasked the Under-Secretary of State for India whether it is the intention of the Government of India to nominate an Indian to represent India at the eighth and ninth sessions of the Inter national Labour Conference at Geneva on 26th May and 9th June; and, if not, whether he will consider the advisability of nominating an Indian representative, in view of the fact that questions relating to Indian shipping are to come up before the conference on the above dates?
