THOMSONasked the Minister of Health what steps he proposes to take to give effect to the opinion expressed by certain members of the Committee in their Report on schemes of assistance to necessitous areas that it is possible to adopt some of the principles embodied in those schemes so as to give a basis of assistance to areas which are suffering severely from the heavy burdens of rates due to post-War conditions?
