59. Mr. DIXEY

Sir W. JOYNSON - HICKS

Every effort will he made to publish the collection of documents, which has been prepared, in time for the Debate on Friday.

Colonel GRETTON

Is there any hope or expectation as to when they will be finally issued?

Sir W. JOYNSON-HICKS

Yes: the list has been sanctioned by all the Departments. They are in proof, and have gone to the Stationery Office. It has been pressed upon them to do the utmost in their power to get them out.
