§ Captain HACKING (for The FIRST COMMISSIONER of WORKS)A saving of approximately 10 tons of coal per month is effected by a general restriction of services at the Houses of Parliament. I regret that it is not possible to state what proportion of this saving is due to the item referred to by my hon. and gallant Friend.
