asked the Minister of Health how many boards of guardians have decided that relief to dependants of miners who are involved in the present dispute should only be given on loan; how many boards of guardians have decided that each person relieved shall be required to sign an undertaking as to repayment; and how many boards have decided that in the event of the non-fulfilment of this undertaking application should be made to the Justices, under Section 59 of the Poor Law Amendment Act, 1834, to attach the wages in the hands of the master or employer towards the repayment of the loan?
