PETOasked the Home Secretary whether he can give any information as to the names of members of the Russian Communist party Polit-Bureau, who are also members of the Union of Socialist Soviet Republics' Council of Peoples' Commissaries and Labour organisations which have been in communication with Communist organisations in this country as disclosed by Blue Book [Cmd. 2682]?
