§ Mr. ORMSBY-GOREOne or other of the forms of invoice and certificate recommended by the Imperial Economic Conference in 1923 is in use in the Commonwealth of Australia, New Zealand, the Union of South Africa and Newfoundland, and generally in such of the Colonies and Protectorates as require certificates in respect of goods imported and where such forms are otherwise applicable.
