§ Mr. CHURCHILLI am in communication with the French Government, as I have been with former Governments, with regard to the settlement of the French War Debt; but I am not at present in a position to make any announcement on this matter. I have received no communication with regard to the stabilisation of the French exchange.
§ Captain GARRO-JONESMay I ask the right hon. Gentleman whether he does not consider that it is time to take up a sterner attitude in this matter?
