MORRISONasked the Minister of Health if his attention has been drawn to the Report made to the Cardiff Board of Guardians for the week ending 19th February, which showed that 10,696 persons were in receipt of relief against 8,641 for the corresponding week a year ago, an increase of 2,055; and if he can give any explanation of this increase?
