Mr. ROBINSONasked the Minister of Labour whether any Regulations have been issued prohibiting the payment of standard benefit to single men and women under 25 years of age living with their parents, and to men whose wives are working or to wives whose husbands are working; and, if so, whether he will have copies of the Regulations placed in the Library for the information of Members?
§ The MINISTER of LABOUR (Sir A. Steel-Maitland)No such Regulations have been issued. The hon. Member, perhaps, has in mind the rules in L.E.C. 82/17 issued last August, but these apply only to extended benefit.
