HC Deb 18 February 1926 vol 191 c2117
38. Mr. RAMSDEN

asked the President of the Board of Education whether any steps have been taken on the lines recommended by the Imperial Economic Committee for the establishment of studentships for graduates of overseas universities to undertake research work on foodstuffs in the United Kingdom?

Mr. A. M. SAMUEL (Secretary, Overseas Trade Department)

I have been asked to reply. This matter is being considered in connection with the other recommendations of the Imperial Economic Committee, as to which I would refer to the answer which the Prime Minister gave to my hon. Friend on Tuesday.
