§ Sir A. STEEL-MAITLANDA person receiving workmen's compensation is not thereby disqualified for unemployment 1918 benefit. The position is not altered if he has compounded the weekly payments for a lump sum. Such a person must, of course, show that he satisfies the usual conditions for benefit, including the condition that he must be capable of work.
