§ 90. Mr. GROVESasked the Minister of Health whether he will make inquiries into the prosecution of Mr. Ernest W. Fisher, of King's Langley, for refusing to have his child vaccinated, and the imposition of 26s. as costs; and whether he will ascertain why the Hemel Hempstead vaccination officer did not take the case to Court without having the public vaccinator present as a witness and thus increasing the costs, seeing that the defendant did not dispute the facts of the case.
