§ 15. Mr. SNELLasked the President of the Board of Trade if his attention has been drawn to the distress call alleged to have been sent out by the steamship "Olympic," and whether he will inform the House of all the particulars in his possession?
§ Sir P. CUNLIFFE-LISTERI have seen the reports in the press as to a distress call stated to have been sent out by the steamship "Olympic." It appears to have been reported by an American amateur station. I have no information as to the origin of the call, but it was not sent out by the British ship of that name.
