asked the Prime Minister whether the Report of Lord Meston's Committee has been received; and, if so, will he publish it or arrange for it to be placed in the Library of the House of Commons?

Mr. CHURCHILL

The Chairman has drafted a Report and intends shortly to call the Committee together to consider it. The present draft represents the views of the Chairman alone, and has not yet been adopted by the Committee.
