§ Sir A. CHAMBERLAINAll the international commitments of Great Britain have already been published, and if any new ones are incurred they will likewise be laid before the House. I do not think, therefore, that any useful purpose would be served by republishing them annually, nor would such republication justify the extra expenditure involved.
