* The term "unemployed persons" includes persons insured under the Unemployment Insurance Acts (whether in receipt of unemployment benefit or not) and other persons ordinarily engaged in some regular occupation, who are in receipt of domiciliary relief, although factors other than unemployment (e.g., sickness) may have been taken into account in giving them such relief.
