HC Deb 04 February 1926 vol 191 c300
33. Mr. RENNIE SMITH

asked the President of the Board of Education whether, in obedience to Circular 1371 and Memorandum 44, the estimate drawn up by the local education authority of Berkshire for dental treatment of children, in consultation with the Board's medical officers, has now been dropped?

Lord E. PERCY

The Berkshire Authority have submitted revised estimates for 1926–27, showing a reduction in respect of special services as compared with their previous estimate, but I have received no communication from them indicating that this reduction is due wholly or in part to a postponement of their scheme for dental treatment.
