§ Captain HACKINGYes, Sir; many cases have been brought to the notice of my right hon. Friend, and that is the reason why he has referred the matter to a Departmental Committee.
§ Colonel DAYCan the hon. and gallant Gentleman say when some decision will be come to, in view of the fact that in the case of some of these charities many thousands of pounds are collected the whole of which goes in expenses?
