Mr. GUINNESSThe area of land acquired by county councils under the Smallholdings Act, 1892, up to the 31st December, 1907, and still held by them on that date was 881½ acres. The number of holdings provided on this area was 245, including three let respectively to a committee, an association and a parish council.
