§ 75. Mr. BUCHANANasked the Attorney-General the number of Indian appeals that have been heard by the Judicial Committee during the last six months; the Judges who have heard the appeals; and the number still on the list?
§ The ATTORNEY-GENERALThirty-eight. Indian appeals have been heard between the 1st June and 30th November last, and 137 of such appeals still remain for disposal. I will circulate the names of the Judges who heard the appeals in the OFFICIAL REPORT.
