§ Sir A. CHAMBERLAINYes, Sir. Following on the law of 31st July last, whereby the export of Chervonetz from Russia was completely prohibited, the Soviet Government have instructed their agents abroad not to accept notes for collection except from undoubtedly bona fide holders.
