asked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs the amount the municipality of Constantinople has handed over from the Galata Bridge tolls, which forms the security for the Constantinople Loan of 1909?

The municipality of Constantinople ceased to hand over the Galata Bridge tolls on the 17th June last. I am unaware of the exact amount paid over prior to that date.

Has that amount, whatever it is, been deposited in London?
