THORNEasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he has considered the possibility of avoiding payment of Income Tax and Death Duties opened up by the acquisition of domicile in Jersey; and whether he will take steps to prevent such evasion, especially in the case of British subjects whose property has been acquired by business in this country?
