Mr. NAYLORasked the Minister of Transport whether, in view of the proposal to adopt the gyratory system of traffic at Ludgate Circus, London, and the very large number of persons crossing the circus at all times of the day, and especially in the morning and evening, he will make representations to the responsible authority for the construction of underground subways at that point?
