Mr. HORE-BELISHAasked the Prime Minister whether he has received a letter from the Executive Council of Electrical Power Engineers pointing out the hardship which accrues to electrical station engineers, in view of the operation of Admiralty Order C.E. 194/25, whereby, although their responsibilities remain the same, they have been reverted to the minimum of the scale for their grade, resulting in many cases in a financial loss of £50 a year plus the appropriate bonus; and whether it is proposed to remove the grievance brought about by the operation of this Regulation?

This fact has been communicated to the Electrical Power Engineers' Association in reply to a letter addressed by them as indicated.
