§ Mr. AMERYI would invite my hon. Friend's attention to the reply addressed by my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs to the hon. and gallant Member for Norwich on the 21st April, which makes it clear that he is mistaken in supposing that any such agreement has been concluded. The arrangements outlined in that reply were made with the full concurrence of the Governor of the Bahamas.
