§ The UNDER-SECRETARY of STATE for FOREIGN AFFAIRS (Mr. Godfrey Locker-Lampson)I am at a loss to understand to what negotiations the hon. and gallant Member is referring. By decision of the Council of the League in December last, a Preparatory Committee on Disarmament was appointed to prepare the way for an eventual conference on Disarmament. The first meeting of that Committee is fixed for May 18th.
