HC Deb 19 April 1926 vol 194 c824
12. Viscount SANDON

asked the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether he will publish a Report of the proceedings and decisions of the London Conference of West Indian representatives; whether such conferences are to be repeated; and, if so, how often?

The SECRETARY of STATE for the COLONIES (Mr. Amery)

The Conference to which my Noble Friend refers has been convened to consider the establishment and constitution of a standing body, meeting at regular intervals, to deal with the common affairs of the Colonies concerned. The answers to the second and third parts of the question depend, therefore, on the decisions of the Conference. A Report on the proceedings and decisions of the Conference will be published.
