42. Lieut.-Commander KENWORTHY (for Mr. HORE-BELISHA)

asked the First Lord of the Admiralty how many men of those sent from the closed dockyards of Rosyth and Pembroke to Devon-port are married and how many single men, and how many married men have left their families in the parts from whence they came?

Mr. DAVIDSON

296 married and 51 unmarried men, including apprentices, have already been transferred; 125 of the married men have left their families at Rosyth and Pembroke Dock.

Mr. PALING

Can the hon. Gentleman say how many of these people have got into houses since they were transferred?
