§ The PRIME MINISTERThere is no Electricity Department of the Ministry of Transport. My Noble Friend presumably refers to the Electricity Commission, which was set up by the Electricity (Supply) Act, 1919, as a separate body responsible to the Minister of Transport. I see no advantage in altering that arrangement.
