HC Deb 30 November 1925 vol 188 cc1823-4
60. Mr. W. BAKER

asked the Home Secretary if he is aware that bodies known as the Fascisti regularly practice military drill and that numbers of them are armed; that such conduct constitutes an offence against the Law; and whether he will state why no legal action has been taken in the case of the Fascisti?

Mr. LOCKER-LAMPSON

I would refer the hon. Member to the reply which my right hon. Friend the Home Secretary gave to a similar question by the hon. Member for Bow and Bromley (Mr. Lansbury) on the 16th instant.

Mr. BAKER

Will the hon. Gentleman draw his Chief's attention to to-day's leader in the "Times" newspaper regarding the indiscretion6 of the Home Secretary?
