Motion made, and Question proposed,
That this House will, upon Monday next, resolve itself into a Committee to consider of the Supply to be granted to His Majesty."—[Commander Eyres Monsell.]
Is it possible that a Question can be put, and the voices collected, with the consequent rights of a Division if the hon. Members so desire.
I am greatly encouraged by what you say. But may I ask 1792 whether you have put the Question. Under the Standing Order the voices are collected, and if a Division be persisted in the bells are rung.
§ Ordered, "That the Estimate presented to this House upon the 25th November be referred to the Committee of Supply."
