§ The PRIME MINISTER (Mr. Baldwin)I am advised that under present conditions no election of Irish representative 1588 Peers can take place, but the whole matter will be taken into consideration by the Government in connection with any proposals which they may put forward for the revision of the constitution of the Upper House.
