HC Deb 25 November 1925 vol 188 cc1363-4
62. Mr. HARMSWORTH

asked the Minister of Labour how many persons among the 31,126 who have been refused benefit in consequence of the passing of the Unemployment Insurance Act, 1925, were disabled ex-service men?

Sir A. STEEL-MAITLAND

Separate statistics are not available showing the number of disabled ex-service men who have been refused extended benefit in consequence of the passing of the Unemployment Insurance Act, 1925. I may say that I am sure they are quite negligible.
