§ Mr. AMERYThe importance of the Zambesi bridge is fully recognised, but my hon. Friend will realise the difficulties in the way of utilising loans raised for transport development in British Dependencies for the construction of a bridge in Portuguese territory, the concession of which has been granted by the Portuguese Government to a private company.
