The Foreign Secretary was asked 345 as to the settlement of outstanding questions, and I am asking, arising out of that question, whether any steps will be taken to insist on the fulfilment of the terms of the Trade Agreement, which the Foreign Secretary said had been broken, when he last spoke to the House, and, if not, whether it will be cancelled in accordance with the provision to that effect.
