HC Deb 14 May 1925 vol 183 c1998
Mr. PETHIGICLAWRENCE

asked the Minister of Pensions whether he is aware that Mr. R. Payne, of Leicester, MP 2817, King's Own Yorkshire Light Infantry, has been on pension for debility since 1917; that application has been made for revision of pension owing to the fact that he is now suffering from tuberculosis, claimed by medical testimony to be a sequel of his War disability; and that he has been turned down owing to the seven years' limit; and whether he can see his way to have the case reviewed?

Major TRYON

I am enquiring into the facts of this case, and will communicate with the hon. Member.
