§ Mr. HAYESasked the Minister of Pensions why pensioners filling in the special identification form for persons in receipt of pension have to furnish particulars of members of their family who are not in receipt of pension; and whether he will have the form revised and questions as to Christian name of parents, wife's maiden name and date of birth, date of marriage and place, and similar questions deleted?
