asked the Minister of Pensions whether, in view of the general position existing in regard to the system of making final awards to pensioners whose disabilities are assessed at less than 20 per cent., he will take steps to abolish this system at an early date?

The hon. and gallant Member's suggestion would involve very far-reaching amendments both of Warrant and Statute, and I know of no grounds sufficient to justify its adoption

In view of the hardships which some of these pensioners suffer, will the right hon. Gentleman consider allowing them to have the right of appeal?
