§ Sir A. STEEL-MAITLANDAccording to the information in the possession of the Home Office there are 27 factories and one workshop engaged in artificial silk manufacture, including winding, bleaching and dyeing. I am circulating in the OFFICIAL REPORT a list of the places at which they are situate. There are no available statistics with regard to the number of persons employed.
