§ Viscount WOLMERThe motor service now operating between Haifa and Bagdad via Damascus is used for the conveyance of mails in both directions between this country and Iraq. The service is performed under contract with the Post Office of Iraq, to which the British Post Office makes payment at a poundage rate for the mails which it sends.
